All fees are fixed for a year at a time. 
  • Late charges when the rent is overdue NOK. 60,- 
  • Warning in case of TVFBL NOK 200,- (eviction fee/bailiff)

  • Internet NOK 175,- a month. 
  • Connection fee for internet NOK 100,- 
  • Lost keys NOK. 500,- 
  • Lost mailbox key NOK 200,- 
  • Securitas unlocks your door after hours NOK. 650,- 
  • Key sent by registered mail NOK 150,- 
  • Changing the cylinder if keys are lost NOK 3000,- 
  • Internal relocation fee NOK 500,- 
  • Cleaning of apartment when moving out NOK 75,- per sqm 
  • Laundry: Washer: NOK. 15,- Dryer: NOK10,- 
  • Obligatory cleaning of common areas spring/fall-fee, NOK 200 per adjoining room. 
  • Lost protective cover for mattress NOK 300,- 
  • Hourly rate for work performed by technicians NOK 400,- 
  • Unnecessary triggering of fire alarm NOK 1500,- 
  • Sabotage/resetting/removal/ covering of detectors NOK 1500,-
