INFORMATION ON HOW YOU CAN PAY YOUR RENT
Each month you will receive an invoice via your page at www.boligtorget.no/sia and you will get a message by Email. You will receive information on how to log on to www.boligtorget.no/sia in your mailbox at your dorm for those who did not apply through this web site.
You are responsible for the rent from the date your contract starts, even if you move in later. Please use the invoice you received from your page at www.boligtorget.no/sia You may pay in a bank or post office.
Reminder fee is NOK 60,-
Please let SiA know about the exact date of your departure as soon as possible and within our termination-regulations, so that you will not be charged for more rent than necessary.

The first bank in Norway who receive this transfer, charge a fee of appr. NOK 50,- to NOK 200,-(depends on the amount)
Not all banks abroad are aware of this fee, who will be charged by the first Norwegian bank receiving the transfer. Make sure that you don't get a residual amount after the invoice is paid, due to this fee.
If you wish to pay for several months at a time (because of the Norwegian bank fee): On your invoice it is stated what you have to pay per month, plus internet under "PRIS". You have to calculate how many months you wish to pay for and change the amount on the invoice. You will then receive your invoice each month with a zero/NOK 0,- until your advance payment has been spent.
Ask the bank to transfer the money in Norwegian kroner (NOK), and inform that you wish to pay all the fees until the money arrives to our account. If your bank is not able to transfer in Norwegian kroner(NOK), you often have to pay a little more, because of the value change from your account to ours.
If you pay too much, you can come to SiA's office at the end of your stay and receive a refund.
If you want to pay from a bank in Norway:
It is probably less expensive to pay cash in a bank in Norway, less fees. (NOK 50,- to 80,-)
