For signing your contract do as follows:
  1. Log on to www.boligtorget.no/sia
  2. Log in with your username and password
  3. Download your contract
  4. Print, sign and scann
  5. Return it by e-mail to your destination where you are going to stay

Note: You have to pay from the date the contract start, even if you are moving in later.
If the University has booked a room by SiA according to your arrival, and you don't get visa until much later, you have to pay for the prebooked period.
