1. Remember to terminate the rental agreement - 1 - one - month's notice calculated from the first day of the ensuing month. If you are en exchange student leaving in December, remember to terminate your contract within the 1st of November.  Then you can choose which date in December you want to leave. If you do not terminate your contract, you will have to pay to the 31st of December.  
    If you are staying from January to June, you may terminate your contract within the 1st of May, and choose the date you want to leave in June. Otherwise all our contracts ends 15th of June.
  2. Termination must always be in writing - log on to www.boligtorget.no/sia
  3. Check your economy status - have you paid every rent? Please contact SiA office before you leave.
  4. If you wish to terminate your contract only for a short period of time, for example during the school holidays, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned a new contract when you come back.
