Roligheden is our largest building and is located about 2 kilometres east of downtown Kristiansand, and only 500 metres from Bertes, one of the city’s best beaches. You will also find Kristiansand Stadium, Sør Arena and the South of Norway’s highest density of grocery stores within a distance of approximately 500 metres.
The 67 rental units mainly consist of duplexes and duplexes w/loft. The building also houses a few smaller units, which are described in the booking-section. Almost all the duplexes in Roligheden are composed of two bedsits of 12-13 square metres each, with a shared mini-kitchen and bathroom. Most of them are equipped with mattresses which are 90cm wide, while the rest have bunk beds of the same width. The duplexes w/loft also have two bedsits of 12-13 square metres each, with a shared mini-kitchen and bathroom, with a loft in addition. These are equipped with mattresses which are 90cm wide on the loft and a fold-out couch of the same width in the living room.
