Spicheren offers a range of group classes on exercise bikes. The classes mainly fall into the yellow (easy/medium) or red (medium/hard) categories. In most of the classes we also offer Activio. In Activio-classes all participants receive a transmitter. Personal band for the transmitter can be purchased at the front desk.

With the activio system you let your pulse guide you during the class.
We have several happenings in the exercise bike hall throughout the season: maximum pulse-test, marathon spinning, theme spinning etc
